Element Technical Services in Saskatchewan is hiring a Frac Operator to operate FRAC equipment, support rig-in/rig-out, and ensure safe, efficient pumping operations. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain pump components while adhering to TDG and safety requirements.

This role offers a $2,000 signing bonus, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, RRSP matching, and ongoing training. Valid Class 1 license and H2S/First Aid certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the industry is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• 14/7 rotation schedule.
• Valid Class 1 driver license with satisfactory driving abstract.
• Valid H2S & First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate FRAC equipment such as Pumps, Iron Truck, ChemVan, Blenders.
• Understand FRAC operations including hot zone.
• Refuel units as required.
• Assist with rig-in/rig-out procedures as required.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections for safety and roadworthiness.
• Maintain tools and parts for pumps including packing valves, seats, and seals.
• Complete TDG paperwork including placarding.
• Attend pre-job safety meetings.
• Comply with health and safety legislation and regulations.
