Overview
What are we looking for
As a Senior Finance Analyst Corporate FP&A you will be a critical member of our finance team responsible for providing robust financial analysis forecasting and decision support to senior leadership. You will work cross-functionally to understand key business drivers translate strategic initiatives into financial targets and enhance our overall financial planning processes in a dynamic fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models for P&L and Cash Flow analysis.
- Support the continued build-out, development and improvement of KPI metric reporting and Adaptive dashboards.
- Assist in consolidation of company-wide forecasts and budgets ensuring alignment across various departments and business units.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and update projections based on actual performance, market trends and changing business dynamics.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on financial results highlighting key trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related quantitative field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- 3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Transactions Advisory with a strong preference for experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of developing and managing complex financial models and forecasts.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced/expert skills, including pivot tables, dynamic formulas, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Experience with FP&A systems (e.g. Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment) and/or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP) is highly preferred.
