Job summary

Dialogue, the #1 virtual care provider in Canada, seeks a Financial Analyst (FP&A and Reporting) to join our Montreal Finance team. You will consolidate results, support financial statements and budgets, and explain variances for management.

You’ll review contracts, assist in departmental budgets, and prepare management reports, collaborating with stakeholders. Hybrid work, CPA preferred, 1–3 years’ experience, strong Excel and AI tooling interest are required.

Qualifications

• CPA designation (obtained, or exam passed and hours in progress)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in an accounting firm
• Ability to communicate detailed information pragmatically with various stakeholders
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently
• Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant accounting software
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and a curiosity for process automation are a definite plus
• Bachelor degree in business management profile accounting

Responsibilities

• Consolidating monthly results for all entities
• Ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions in foreign entities
• Participating in budget variance analysis
• Participating in the preparation of various financial reports for management
• Analyzing the accounting treatment of various contracts
• Participating in the preparation of departmental budgets
• Participating in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
