Dialogue, the #1 virtual care provider in Canada, seeks a Financial Analyst (FP&A and Reporting) to consolidate results, support budgets, and analyze contracts.

You will prepare monthly management reports, ensure foreign-entity accuracy, and assist in variance analysis and quarterly/annual statements. CPA or hours toward designation plus French/English communication are valued, with a hybrid schedule in Montreal/Toronto, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or hours toward completion is required.
• A 1–3 year experience in a similar role or accounting firm.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and other accounting software.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and process automation interest.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Bachelor degree in business management with accounting focus.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Financial Analyst (FP&A and Reporting)

Reporting to our Financial Reporting Director, the Financial Analyst will help our team consolidate results, collaborate on the preparation of financial statements and budgets, explain budget variances, and work on the analysis of various projects.

What you'll be doing

• Consolidating monthly results for all entities
• Ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions in foreign entities
• Participating in budget variance analysis
• Participating in the preparation of various financial reports for management
• Analyzing the accounting treatment of various contracts
• Participating in the preparation of departmental budgets
• Participating in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• CPA designation (obtained, or exam passed and hours in progress)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in an accounting firm
• Ability to communicate detailed information pragmatically with various stakeholders
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently
• Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant accounting software
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and a curiosity for process automation are a definite plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills (French and English)
• Bachelor degree in business management profile accounting
