A growing pet food company in Toronto is seeking a Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis. This position involves driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making through insights and analysis. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably in the CPG industry. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
• Experience in the CPG industry or prior experience in management consulting is preferred.
• Professional accounting designation or MBA considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan, including market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts, identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on a wide range of strategic and financial issues.
