The impact you'll make:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst will provide valuable financial support to drive key business decisions. This role involves analyzing all aspects of the Saje P&L, understanding the financial impacts of operations, and enabling sound decision-making with cross-functional partners.

The FP&A Financial Analyst will help shape our financial trajectory in partnership with leadership and teams across the organization, including Retail, Ecommerce, Distribution & Logistics, Product, Marketing, Creative, IT, and People. This role offers foundational finance skill development, exposure to broader P&L knowledge, budget planning, forecasting, and financial statement review—key steps toward future leadership in finance.

All team members contribute to Saje's culture and positive environment.

What you'll do:

  1. Own SG&A, COE, and Capex sections of our P&L, collaborating with cross-functional teams on budgets and forecasts.
  2. Participate in month-end close processes with the Accounting team.
  3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and retail performance.
  4. Support annual budgeting and strategic planning, including creating templates, schedules, and financial models.
  5. Support process-improvement initiatives.
  6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses like ROI, campaign, and promotion performance.
  7. Foster a team environment of belonging and inclusion.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • CPA designation or progress toward it is a plus.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, PowerBI, SharePoint is a plus.
  • Passion for natural wellness and eagerness to learn retail FP&A.
