Job summary

Dexian is seeking an FP&A professional for a 6+ month contract in Ontario, with a strong possibility of extension or permanent hire. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and close processes, building financial models and profitability analyses to guide leadership decisions.

You will develop executive dashboards, drive automation, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to optimize performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
Hands-on SAP FI/CO experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical, financial modeling and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
CPA designation (completed or in progress) is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Manage month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis.
Develop financial models, business cases, and profitability analysis.
Build executive dashboards and management reporting packages.
Drive finance process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to support business decisions.
