  • Identify SKUs that are not delivering acceptable margins , and partner with cross-functional teams to action these — through price adjustments, cost negotiations with factories, or discontinuation strategies.
  • Analyze customer-level profitability , pricing compliance, and trade spend effectiveness to help optimize gross margin across channels.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and drive visibility across the business.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of pricing, cost structure, and margin optimization in a product-driven business.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggling multiple priorities.

Why Join Us :
