Job Description

Four Brothers is a newly reimagined restaurant located at the heart of the San Antonio Riverwalk in the Omni La Mansion Hotel. Combining Mexican and Southwest influences with Texas Southern hospitality, it offers a comfortable, inviting, and authentic atmosphere. These regional influences are reflected in the artwork and flooring, creating a unique ambiance. The space has been redesigned to accommodate diverse social gatherings with various seating options, enhancing the connection to the Riverwalk and hotel amenities. The finishings and furniture maintain a sophisticated and masculine aesthetic, aligning with the new concept, Four Brothers, within its new home at Omni La Mansion.

The server position pays $4.50/hour plus tips and involves promptly and courteously serving guests, attending to their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the restaurant with a friendly smile and excellent customer service
• Be fully familiar with menus and beverage offerings
• Polish and clean water glasses before opening hours
• Maintain tabletop standards and ensure condiments are stocked
• Take orders, answer questions, and suggest menu items
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the culinary team
• Record transactions in MICROS system at the time of order
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
• Present accurate checks and process payments
• Keep work areas clean throughout the shift
• Set up and clean tables
• Complete opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• At least 1 year of serving experience at a quality establishment
• Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
