Job Description

To ensure all prep items are prepared and stored to specifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Control quality and consistency of all food served
  2. Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service
  3. Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis
  4. Support lead cook and supervisor
  5. Help to train new employees
  6. Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station
Qualifications
  1. 1-3 years of restaurant/hotel culinary experience
  2. Fluent in food safety and health department guidelines
  3. Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
  4. Flexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  5. Must have an unexpired Food Handlers’ certification
