Job summary

Pack.com is seeking a Founding Product & UI/Visual Designer to own the 0-to-1 visual product from day one. This senior IC role merges product strategy, interface craft, and brand storytelling in a single hands-on remit.

You will design end-to-end experiences, create custom illustrations and a design system, collaborate with engineering, and shape the visual language of a gaming-driven e-commerce platform across time zones.

Qualifications

• Founding / Early-Stage Startup Experience as a solo or lead designer.
• Hybrid portfolio showing UX systems and elite visual art.
• Figma mastery with advanced auto-layout, components and design systems.
• Gaming/iGaming intuition and familiarity with crypto-native UI dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Full 0-to-1 product design: end-to-end journeys, wireframes, prototypes.
• Brand identity: custom illustrations, iconography, unboxing art.
• Gamified UI architecture for high-dopamine experiences.
• Design systems from scratch: tokens, components, libraries.
• Developer-centric handoffs: SVG assets and specs for frontend teams.
