Qualifications

• Senior IC role with absolute creative sovereignty and ownership.
• Proven track record as founding designer or early employee at a startup.
• Strong visual craft in branding, illustration, and game/iGaming UI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from user journeys to prototypes.
• Define visual DNA and create custom illustrations, badges, and iconography.
• Design high-dopamine, gamified UI for unboxings and rewards flows.
• Build and scale a design system from scratch for fast engineering.
