Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise customers through outbound and partner channels
  • Manage demos, proposals, negotiation, and contracting with support from the global team
  • Coordinate post‑sale implementation with local systems integrators and internal product teams
  • Oversee early customer success tasks such as onboarding schedules, hardware procurement, and basic project administration
  • Provide weekly forecasts, market feedback, and help craft Canada go‑to‑market strategy
  • Assist with office set‑up, vendor selection, and other foundational tasks as Tenderd Canada scales

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, with demonstrated use of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
  • Strong prospecting abilities and capability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
  • Domain knowledge in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment is a strong asset
  • Prior experience in startups or launching new markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality and strong bias for action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
