Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise customers through outbound and partner channels
- Manage demos, proposals, negotiation, and contracting with support from the global team
- Coordinate post‑sale implementation with local systems integrators and internal product teams
- Oversee early customer success tasks such as onboarding schedules, hardware procurement, and basic project administration
- Provide weekly forecasts, market feedback, and help craft Canada go‑to‑market strategy
- Assist with office set‑up, vendor selection, and other foundational tasks as Tenderd Canada scales
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, with demonstrated use of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
- Strong prospecting abilities and capability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Domain knowledge in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment is a strong asset
- Prior experience in startups or launching new markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality and strong bias for action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate
