raydar is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Toronto team. You will embed with portfolio companies, ship agentic software, and own outcomes end to end in a fast-growing software holding group.

We expect 3–6 years of full-stack experience, proficiency in TypeScript or Python, React and SQL, and proven work shipping production AI/LLM-powered systems. Willingness to travel on-site to portfolio companies is required.

This is a Palantir-style forward deployed engineering role: you are not writing decks, you are building running systems that compound across an entire portfolio.## What You Will DoEmbed with portfolio companies to learn how they operate and identify the two or three highest-leverage workflows for agentic software.Build integrations, prompts, evaluations and UI surfaces to land the first agentic loop at each company on the core platform.Operate and tune deployed systems after launch and hand off cleanly to portfolio operations once stable.Be the technical face of the company to portfolio general managers, building trust and setting expectations.Bring patterns back to headquarters and codify them into reusable playbooks.## What We Are Looking ForThree to six years in full-stack, customer-facing software or product engineering, or forward deployed engineering.
