Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to design and build software and AI features for our client-facing platforms.

You will work full-stack on AWS and Azure, collaborating closely with business users to turn requirements into tangible solutions. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, tested software with ongoing coordination with the Solution Architect to ensure design completeness and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years building software or AI.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS or Azure.
• Front-end skills and healthcare or higher education exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The Solution Architect owns the design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule, so this seat is focused on building well.

Key Responsibilities

• From the Solution Architect, and flag what the design misses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some RAG and agent experience, plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines).
• Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0.
• Front-end skills.
• Healthcare or higher education exposure.
• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102.

General Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years building software or AI.
• Python, and AWS or Azure.
• A strong builder who is comfortable working with the business.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000 CAD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $132,250 - $161,000 CAD.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
