Overview

Formwork Carpenters who can construct precise, durable forms for concrete slabs, walls, and columns. If you know your tools, read drawings confidently, and work safely at height, we’d like to bring you on board.

What You'll Do
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal formwork to spec
  • Set forms to line, level, and plumb using lasers, string lines, or levels
  • Install braces, ties, and rebar chairs before the pour
  • Strip, clean, and stack forms for reuse after concrete sets
  • Maintain tools and follow all site safety protocols
What You Need
  • 2+ years of formwork carpentry on residential or commercial sites
  • Able to read basic blueprints, elevations, and cut lists
  • Proficient with circular saws, nail guns, drills, and other hand / power tools
  • Fall Protection ticket is a plus; training can be arranged if needed
  • Own PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, high-vis vest, gloves, eye / ear protection
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and ready for early morning pours
Pay & Hours
  • Starting from $32 / hour (higher for lead hands or crane signalers)
  • Full-time day shifts, with likely overtime and weekend pours
