Job summary

Giusti Group in Alberta is seeking a Formwork Carpenter for full-time in-person work. The role focuses on building/erecting formwork systems, setting footings, and constructing concrete structures with long hours as needed.

Qualifications include 1+ year experience in cribbing/formwork carpentry, ability to read blueprints, proficiency with power tools, and CSTS safety training. A valid license and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in cribbing / formwork carpentry.
• Proficiency using an array of specialized power tools, machines, and hand tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Motivated, hardworking, able to work long hours and Saturdays if needed.
• Team player and safety oriented.
• Personal hand tools and skill saw required.
• Valid safety certificates such as: Fall Arrest, First-Aid, Telehandler Forklift Certificate, are assets.
• Valid driver's license & own vehicle as transit is not always reliable.
• CSTS training is a prerequisite for employment.

Pay: CA$32.12-CA$38.00 per hour
