Job summary

AbCellera is seeking an Associate Scientist for the Formulation and Drug Product Development team. You will contribute to pre-formulation, formulation development, and stability studies for monoclonal antibody therapies, supporting transfer and build-out of internal DP development capabilities.

You will work hands-on across DS/DP development, perform analytical characterization, and help design workflows and documentation enabling successful fill-finish operations while maintaining rigorous data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with protein formulation, stability, and biophysical characterization.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-formulation and formulation development studies for antibody-based drug products.
• Conduct stability studies and biophysical characterization using analytical methods.
• Draft SOPs, work instructions and study protocols.
• Coordinate testing, compile and trend data, and investigate atypical results.
• Support small-scale fill-finish activities and in-process sampling.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in ELNs.
