You’re good at:

  • Managing multiple projects from benchtop to pilot scale independently
  • Analyzing and improving product formulations to enhance performance and cost-efficiency
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, Marketing, and R&D teams
  • Preparing accurate technical documents and maintaining detailed project records

What you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food & Nutrition, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in formulation or food science, preferably in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry
  • Proficiency in pilot and production equipment, MRP software, and tools like Excel, Asana, and SharePoint
  • A deep understanding of GMP guidelines and Natural Health Product Regulations
  • Strong communication, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

What’s in it for you:

  • A chance to contribute to meaningful product development that supports health and wellness
  • An opportunity to learn and grow with sustainability-focused initiatives
  • Ongoing support for professional development, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training
  • Exposure to cross-functional projects, including cost-saving initiatives

What you get:

  • A dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
  • The ability to work on cutting-edge formulations with real impact
  • Opportunities to expand your skills across scientific research, product development, and regulatory understanding
  • A role with purpose in a company committed to sustainability—people, planet, and profit
