We are seeking a Formulation Documentation Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for our Formulation team. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth documentation processes while aligning with our Core Values, including our commitment to sustainability across people, planet, and profit—in every aspect of your work.

Permanent Full Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8 : 00am – 4 : 30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

In this role, you will :

  • Design and maintain a database of processing parameters for Master Manufacturing Documents
  • Prepare, update, and route Master Manufacturing Documents for approval and signatures
  • File Change Control Requests and support Bill of Materials (BOM) updates
  • Review, organize, and ensure accuracy of scanned and printed formulation documents
  • Assist with data entry, batch record updates, and documentation filing

You have :

  • A Technical Diploma in Science (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with GMP, Syspro, Asana, or Veeva Vault (an asset)
