Adecco Canada is seeking experienced Forklift Operators certified for Reach, Dockstocker and Counterbalance trucks to join our warehouse team in the Greater Toronto Area (Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Concord).

Pay rate ranges from $24.40 to $25.65 per hour, with shifts across days, afternoons, and nights. Temporary role with potential for permanence; weekly pay, vacation pay, and benefits after qualification are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift license from a recognized training center.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-17°C or below).
• Able to work independently with strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach, Dockstocker, and Counterbalance trucks safely.
• Work in a freezer environment handling materials in sub-zero temperatures.
• Ensure proper storage and stacking to company standards.
• Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and after use.
• Load/unload trucks and support other warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow health & safety protocols.

Adecco is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators certified in Reach, Dockstocker and Counterbalance trucks to join our dynamic warehouse/logistics team. In this role you will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for skilled operators to work in the following areas Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke Ontario.

• Pay rate: $24.40 to $25.65/hour (wage based on experience)

• Location: Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, and Concord ON
• Shifts: Days, afternoons, nights | 8hour shifts | Monday to Friday
• Job type: Temporary with possibility of permanence | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
• Work in a freezer environment (up to -17), handling materials in sub-zero temperatures.
• Ensure all products are properly stored and stacked to meet company standards.
• Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and after use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety protocols.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and other warehouse duties as required.
• Work independently and proactively, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Must have valid forklift license from a recognized forklift training center.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-17°C or below).
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Experience with reverse tractor reach driving is an asset.
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative to get the job done.
• Proven commitment to safety, with a mature and self-driven attitude.
