Job summary

Randstad Canada in Oshawa, Ontario is seeking dependable Forklift/Order Picker to support daily supply chain operations. You will operate reach trucks, order pickers/cherry pickers, and counterbalance forklifts, loading, unloading, and staging inventory with RF scanners.

This is a 3-month contract with on-site training provided. Eligible associates will receive paid on-site certification and work a continental schedule (10-hour days/nights) with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months warehouse experience.
• Experience operating reach trucks, cherry picker is highly preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers to load, unload, and stage inventory.
• Review production schedules and shipping documents to pick, pack, and stage materials using RF scanners.
• Operate order picking equipment at elevated rack heights to store and retrieve inventory.
• Organize and store stock, assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Ensure safety standards and ISO 9001 procedures; perform pre-shift equipment checks.
