Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production lines with raw materials, pick orders and load/unload trucks. The role requires adherence to GMPs, PPE, and food safety standards, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Operate forklifts, conduct trailer inspections, and maintain the shipping area. Candidates should have 3+ years in a fast-paced packaging environment and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-moving packaged goods/beverage production
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Solid understanding of production machinery and forklifts
• WHMIS/HACCP or hygiene training preferred
• SAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related machinery safely and efficiently
• Supply production lines with raw materials and load/unload trailers
• Monitor and transport goods; pick orders as required
• Maintain clean shipping area and ensure PPE compliance
• Relieve on production lines per schedule and report hazards
• Identify inventory discrepancies in SAP and assist with corrections
• Support site improvements to reduce downtime and waste
