Shift: Day shift-7:00AM to 03:30PM (Sunday to Thursday)

Hiring Requirements:

As a Forklift Operator at Bimbo Bakehouse, you will be:

• Ensure all outbound shipments are loaded accurately and safely.
• Ensure a load sheet is completed accurately for each shipment.
• Ensure all inbound raw material and packaging receipts are accurately processed in Oracle daily after quantity and quality verification.
• Update the receiving log accurately in Oracle daily.
• Participate in daily temperature checks.
• Complete a pre-operational inspection before equipment use and report any issues immediately to the Lead Hand.
• Participate in variance investigations for raw material, packaging and finished goods.
• Ensure all safety and food safety guidelines are followed.
• Perform duties assigned to you by your Lead/Manager.
• Ensure you are able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Report all near misses, injuries, property damages and safety concerns to Lead/supervisor/Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid forklift license.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with a priority towards safety.
• Data entry experience preferably in Oracle and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP policies and procedures in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, especially in handling last-minute schedule changes.
