Continental (Days)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Pull production from both 131 & 155 and store in yard
• Working outside, operating diesel forklift
• FIFO
• Supply RM’s and Gaskets to plants when needed and perform transfer with DSI gun
• Scan FG’s from PSA to Primary location
• Ensure only items scanned are brought into yard
• Follow proper scanning procedure
• Ensure that pipe quantity ”number of pieces per crate” is correct
• Any other duties as specified by Supervisor
• Cap pipe when required
• Ensure load has correct labels
• Participate in the PVC Recovery program, ensure recycling of respective material
• Load/unload transport trucks as required.
• Place WIP in WIP area
• Place Scrap in Scrap area
• Package scrap appropriately and deposit in appropriate scrap area.

• Housekeeping
• Clean Yard once a week (pick up plastic straps, garbage & wood)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms.
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Lift truck certification.
