Summary

Forklift Operators load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products within a warehouse. They work cooperatively with team members and follow safety policies diligently.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate forklifts safely, following safety policies
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, transports
• Check products for accuracy and damage
• Use handheld scanners for warehouse management
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Collaborate with warehouse team
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Pass pre-employment drug and background checks
• Willing to work overtime and flexible schedules

Helpful Experience (Not Required):

• Experience with RF equipment
• Warehouse experience, especially in food-grade or refrigerated environments
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems like WMS
• Forklift certification
