Job summary

KOTT Group in Ontario's Uxbridge area is hiring for a forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor-friendly environment. The role runs Monday to Thursday 6:00 am–3:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with possible overtime; wage is $21.00–$25.75 per hour based on skill and experience.

You will load and unload materials, operate a variety of equipment, pick orders, maintain inventory, and work closely with teammates while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong safety focus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Your regular schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime hours possible during peak periods.

The wage range for this position is $21.00-$25.75/hour, based on your skills and experience.

• Loading, unloading, and moving building materials and finished products
• Operating a variety of equipment

• Maintaining and organizing inventory

What you need to succeed:

• At least 3 years’ experience operating a Forklift
• Experience in physical inventory management is an asset
• Experience working with building materials is an asset
• Valid drivers license required
• Capable of heavy lifting daily
• Strong safety focus
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Self-motivated, hardworking, positive
• Ability to communicate well in English
