Job description

Recruitment Team Lead at Arrow Workforce Solutions

Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for Forklift Drivers to join the dynamic team located in Montréal-Nord, QC. We offer full-time hours as per business needs and a friendly work environment.

What’s in it for you?

  • Guaranteed 40 hours every week
  • Weekly pay

Shift Timing:

  • 6 PM to 5 AM

Schedule One: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, every other Sunday

Schedule Two: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, every other Sunday.

Pay Rate: CA$22.00/hr

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift as per the order(s) assigned.
  • Picking different skids and wrapping them before finalizing the order.
  • Performing a quick quality check before packing, and if anything damaged found, informing the floor supervisor or quality department about it.
  • Following the company’s safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Using RF scanner to locate the product(s) and pack them accordingly.
  • On a busy day, working with a team to make sure daily targets are met.
  • Making sure the accuracy of all the orders.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Qualification and Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Forklift operator.
  • Experience operating above-mentioned forklifts is a must.
  • Valid forklift license from a designated forklift training school.
  • CSA-approved Safety shoes are a must.
  • MUST be able to work all shifts according to the schedule
