Job summary

TalentWorld in Mississauga is actively seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our manufacturing client’s team. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate order assembly, and precise inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work day and afternoon shifts, verify shipments, prepare paperwork, and ensure compliance with audits and quality checks. A valid external forklift certification is required to start, with on-site training and paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid external forklift certification.
• Experience with Crown/Raymond and order picker equipment.
• Ability to safely prepare shipping documents and verify goods.
• Accuracy in inventory cycle counts and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming/outgoing orders and prepare shipping documents.
• Inspect incoming goods and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Safely move materials post-inspection and place items correctly.
• Track, organize, and reconcile inventory; report daily counts.
• Maintain neat paperwork and report discrepancies promptly.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and keep work area organized.
• Follow loading/unloading protocols and trailer docking procedures.

TalentWorld is looking for an experienced Crown, Raymond, Order Picker, Counterbalance and walkie Operator for one of their manufacturing clients in Mississauga.Employment Details:Location: MississaugaPay: $21 - 24/hourShift: Day shift, and Afternoon shift availablePaid weeklyMaterial Handler ResponsibilitiesVerify incoming/outgoing orders, prepare shipping documents, inspect incoming goods, and ensure proper labeling and documentation.Notify quality personnel for inspections and provide required paperwork for audits and maintenance records.Safely move materials to designated areas post-inspection and ensure proper placement of all incoming items.Track, organize, and reconcile inventory; perform and report daily cycle counts.Maintain neat, accurate paperwork and immediately report any discrepancies or damages.Operate equipment safely, keep the floor/work area organized, and follow trailer docking and loading protocols.Material Handler Qualifications:Ability to safely operate crown, Raymond, order picker, counterbalance and walkie forklift around the warehouse.Familiarity with preparing shipping documents, verifying incoming/outgoing goods, and performing inventory cycle counts.Accuracy in order assembly, documentation, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.Valid external forklift certification.Must pass a forklift test before starting!Apply now!
