Qualifications

Location: Markham

Shift: Full Time

Hourly rate: $22.50

Must be flexible on shift days/hours

We’re hiring motivated forklift drivers to help us achieve our mission to be Customer Obsessed. Responsibilities include:

• Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for assigned tasks
• Moving and stocking materials with MHE
• Receiving and storing inventory
• Staging, sorting, palletizing, and crating items
• Safely moving, picking, packing, and scanning items
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Maintaining GoBolt property and tools
• Using tools such as scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies
• Accurately completing all required documentation daily
• Following all 5S processes
• Troubleshooting problems
• Ensuring product quality
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications for success:

• Valid Forklift license
• Minimum 1+ years of experience operating MHE in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre (counterbalance, order picker, turret truck, reach truck)
• Certification in operating MHE
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong team and individual work skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach during shifts
• Adherence to safety, quality, security, and company policies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in Canada

Note: Candidates must present their MHE license at the interview and be prepared for on-site testing. Safety shoes and vests are required. Successful candidates will undergo background checks.
