Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for a full-time day shift in Delta, BC. The role supports receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with a focus on reliability and safety.

The operator will manage palletized goods, perform equipment inspections, and use RF scanners and voice-picking systems. Candidates must have forklift experience and certification, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Forklift Operator experience.
• Ability to acquire and maintain Forklift Certification.
• Comfort working at heights and wearing fall protection and other PPE.
• Proficiency with RF scanners, voice picking systems, and other warehouse technologies.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent counting skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric Powered Industrial Trucks to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Pick, pull, and stack merchandise onto pallets for distribution.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support receiving, returns, damages, transfers, and shipping as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with safety policies.

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution center in Delta, BC, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various departments including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Day Shift

full-time, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pay Rate

$20.30per hour

What's the Job?
