Forklift Operator

Job Description

This candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers of product with a sit-down forklift. The candidate may have to do some handbombing and perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs. They will be reading orders and writing down product locations on the Bill of Lading.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers using a sit-down forklift
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs
• Read orders and record product locations on the Bill of Lading
• Perform handbombing tasks as needed
• Work in various areas of the warehouse as required

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience
• 2+ years of heavy lifting experience
• Forklift certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• LTL and cross-dock experience (nice to have)
• Raymond reach experience (nice to have)

Quiet warehouse. Very safety-oriented with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. Shift: 1pm - 9:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, Alberta.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
