Job description

We are currently hiring forklift operators to support warehouse operations in Montreal.

This role requires experience with Reach Trucks, Dockstockers, Walkies and/or Order Pickers

Salary: 20$/hour

Schedules: Various shifts available (Day, Evening)

Main tasks of the forklift operator:

• Safely operate Reach Truck, Dockstocker, Walkie and/or Order Picker forklifts
• Operating material handling equipment and using RF scanners to support warehouse operations
• Performing receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory control, cycle counts
• Following Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols
• Maintaining productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets
• Participating in cycle counts, moving pallets, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean
• Adhering to Occupational Health & Safety standards; lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively
• All other related tasks

Requirements for the forklift operator position:

• Valid certification on Raymond Reach (Optional: Dock Stocker, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie forklifts)
• At least 2 years of relevant forklift experience
• Experience with RF-based WMS systems (e.g., Red Prairie)
• Secondary school diploma preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights (Order Picker)
