Forklift Operator

Responsibilities:

1. Safe and efficient operation of mobile equipment in Kilns and Shipping.
2. Training to operate kilns and understanding the science of lumber drying.
3. Loading lumber trucks and assisting in rail car loading.
4. Cabling and railcar spotting.
5. Relieving other operators and performing other related tasks.

Blue Ridge is located near the growing, family-friendly community of Whitecourt, Alberta, and is a short one and half hour drive from Edmonton. Our mill and forest operations form an integral part of the community, providing economic stability to employees and families that live in the Whitecourt, Mayerthorpe, and Blue Ridge areas.
