Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled reach truck Operator to join our tire distribution facility in Acheson, Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and safe handling, movement, and storage of tires, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Position Details

• Role: Order Picker Operator and Stand-up Forklift Operator
• Wage: $21 per hour + 4% vacation pay
• Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
• Location: Acheson, not accessible via transit. Reliable transportation is required.

Advantages

• Wage: $21/hr + 4% vacation pay, paid weekly
• Fixed shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Optional benefits available through Randstad from the first payday

Responsibilities

• Lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Working actively and enthusiastically in a team to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Performing warehouse duties such as order picking, cleaning, and organizing
• Operating counterbalance forklift or reach truck to unload/load items
• Handling shipping and receiving duties

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience operating an order picking machine (mandatory)
• Forklift certification is required
• Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Safety-conscious and comfortable working at heights
• Legal authorization to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit)
