T-Lane is growing and currently looking to recruit a full-time forklift operator for their Abbotsford location.

This is a Monday to Friday position from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Scope:

1. Forklift operation to accept, count, and unload material from inbound trailers.
2. Load outbound material from the staging areas or trailers to the outbound trailers.
3. Shipping and receiving material along with required accurate documentation.
4. Load all materials into / onto trailers using proper load securement principles to prevent damage in transit.
5. Actively promote health and safety through participation and leadership in T-Lane's Health and Safety Program and Policies.
6. Safe operation of all equipment.

What You Bring:

1. Valid British Columbia Driver's License
2. Experience in warehouse (receiving or materials management)
3. Experience in using MS Office (Strong Excel skills)
4. Forklift experience 3 years (gas, diesel, and/or electric powered) up to 30,000 lbs.
5. Some background with trucking and/or oil companies
6. Rigging experience (asset)
7. Strong attention to detail, follow-through skills, and organization
8. Flexibility to multitask and cross-train within the department
9. Able to meet deadlines and work in a team environment
