Job description

Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for supporting customers in the field with superior service and product expertise to maintain high standards ensuring timely repairs with integrity.

As a Field Service Technician, you will experience:

In a typical day, you will:

• Demonstrate safe work behaviors supporting Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
• Maintain quality workmanship to repair material handling equipment in the field
• Prepare accurate service and repair reports promptly
• Maintain communication and customer relationships through on-site visits

Must-haves for this role:

• A valid technician license applicable to provincial standards
• Minimum 5 years of experience
