Forklift Driver/Decanter - Afternoon shift

Responsibilities:
  1. Restock lines with components, stampings, containers.
  2. Supply lines with customer containers and remove damaged containers.
  3. Arrange storage and transportation of stampings to and from assembly lines in an organized manner.
  4. Arrange storage of components to and from assembly lines in an organized manner.
  5. Verify finished goods with inspectors, approve, and store properly.
  6. Scan stampings and components to and from assembly lines.
  7. Use scanners correctly to ensure lot traceability.
  8. Inspect forklifts, BT and Tugger equipment.
  9. Stage daily shipments to meet scheduled pickup times.
  10. Load/unload goods/containers, verify paperwork, store empty containers.
  11. Move received goods to inventory, do MRP entries, and quarantine rejected parts.
  12. Decant components into totes based on set quantities.
  13. Use handheld scanners to move parts to supermarket locations.
  14. Ensure supermarket locations are filled with correct products on time.
  15. Use Kanban cards for replenishment.
  16. Apply FIFO system for lot control.
  17. Report discrepancies in inventory to supervisors or managers.
  18. Participate in continuous improvement programs.
  19. Perform other duties as required.
  20. Work in compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
