  • Salary range for Forklift Driver: $23.25 per hour with shift premium of $1
  • Schedule: Midnight shift - 10 pm to 6 am
  • Profit sharing plan

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Scarborough, as the Forklift Driver:

  • Enforce and adhere to the codes of the Employee Handbook
  • Ensure the plant environment is kept tidy and safe
  • Ensure the company complies with all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Laws in all actions carried out by the Forklift Driver
  • Retrieve skids
  • Organize finished goods to ensure easy access and transit space
  • Keep client stock in correct bays (e.g., DSC)
  • Remove skids not being used
  • Take scrap cardboard to the bailer
  • Maintain tow motor

  • Ability to instruct, direct, and motivate employees
  • Proven ability to build trust and confidence with management and employees
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the corrugated industry and operating experience
  • Good working knowledge of company machine capabilities
  • Certification/Diploma/Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures and Occupational Health & Safety Act as provided by the company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
