Job summary

Canfor in Prince George, BC is seeking a Forester in Training to join the Woodlands team, offering hands-on experience across core forestry functions and a solid stepping stone for your career in forestry.

You will contribute to safety, environmental compliance, field operations, planning activities and quality control as you learn to perform timber cruising and progress tracking. The base salary ranges from 63,000 to 90,000 CAD annually.

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of forestry principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various forestry functions.

The salary range for this position is: $63,000.00-$90,000.00
