Job summary

PRT Campbell River is seeking seasonal Forest Nursery Workers to assist with tree seedling harvest. This is outdoor, physical work focused on lifting seedlings for reforestation across North America. No prior experience is needed; full training is provided.

You will lift and move tree seedlings, learn forest nursery activities, work independently and safely, and contribute to quality standards in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and appropriate work attire.
• Good manual dexterity and eyesight.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Salary information

$18.92/HOUR + an additional $0.75 Health & Welfare per straight time hours for the training period, transitioning to piecework with greater earning potential
