Job summary

Ledcor is seeking experienced Forepersons for a reclamation project running through the winter. Fort McKay AB and CNRL Albian will host a safety-focused team with a strong heavy civil background.

The successful candidate will lead a crew operating heavy equipment, coordinate daily activities, and uphold Ledcor’s safety culture on site. Camp accommodations, travel allowances, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Must have reclamation experience (dump site setup, soil stripping, windowing and material stockpiling)
• Must have experience operating equipment: dozers (D6 to D10) and/or excavators (20-80T)
• Leadership training is highly preferred
• Ground Disturbance 201 certification
• Must have a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team
• Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
• Must be available for day / night shifts
• Valid driver’s license

We are looking for experienced Forepersons to join our team for a reclamation project running throughout the winter.

• 14 days on / 7 days off , working 12 hours per day
