FLINT is seeking a General Foreperson for a 3-month temporary assignment in Carseland, AB, starting Oct 13, 2026 and ending Dec 31, 2026. The role features a Monday to Thursday schedule with 10-hour days and benefits after 300+ hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year abstract (under 6 demerits).

Job Description

FLINT is seeking a General Foreperson with construction experience for a 3-month temporary position in Carseland, AB starting October 13th, 2026, ending December 31, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5years’ experience ofpipe fabrication in the construction industry.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
