A leading utility contractor in Canada is looking for a Foreman in Substation Construction to manage site activities and lead the crew. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman designation, 5+ years of experience, and ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Our Substations group is currently looking to add a Foreman (Substation Construction) to our growing team, based in Calgary / Edmonton, AB (or) Toronto / Thunder Bay, ON.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor (Substation Construction), the role of Foreman is to oversee on-site construction activities and lead on-site crew while ensuring project construction is executed effectively and safely. The Foreman is also responsible for tracking any changes or field issues as they arise and will be the main point of contact for the Field staff / crew.
Please Note : This is a Field based position and must be able to accommodate multiple shift requirements based on Project Schedules
