A local construction firm in Whitehorse Yukon is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee civil and infrastructure construction projects. This role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in similar fields. The successful candidate will lead teams, ensure safety compliance, and solve problems on site. We are recruiting for the 2025 season (May through October). Camp, hotel or housing accommodations will be provided unless you prefer to secure your own private accommodation for the season. LOA based on accommodations.
Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Site Superintendent, the Foreman is responsible for the daily performance of work at the project site, the assignment of work to the crew(s), and monitoring progress to ensure quality work is performed safely, efficiently, and on time. Depending on project assignment, the Foreman may be supervisory or hands-on (e.g., Pipelayer, Topman, or Heavy Equipment Operator).
