Well drilling is an essential part of our business. Globally, we operate over 15 drilling rigs ranging from 5 to 30 tonnes, and we install more than 3,500 boreholes each year. These range from 6m deep with 75mm diameter wellpoints to wells up to 600 mm in diameter and 400m deep. Key equipment, such as drilling rigs, is a shared resource across WJ operations worldwide whenever it provides value to the Group or our customers.
