Responsibilities

1. Supervise and mentor on-site construction staff across multiple job sites.
2. Plan and execute work to ensure timely completion within budget.
3. Coordinate labor, equipment rentals, and deliveries to the site.
4. Oversee site safety and quality control measures.
5. Collect site reports, including toolbox talk meeting reports.
6. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements

1. Experience as a Foreman or Glazier leading construction teams.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
3. Class 5 Driver's license.
4. Ability to adapt and manage unexpected situations.
5. Red Seal Journeyman Glazier ticket is an asset.

Expected Work Hours

This is a full-time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Foreman may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones. Full benefits include extended medical, dental, vacation, and holiday pay.
