Aluma-Glass Ltd has an immediate opening for a Foreman. We are a glazing sub-contractor, based out of Surrey. We fabricate and install storefront, curtainwall, and canopies for commercial projects. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor on-site construction staff for multiple job sites
  • Successful planning, and execution of work on time and within budget
  • Coordination of labor, equipment rentals, deliveries to site
  • Oversee site safety and quality control
  • Collection of site reports (Example: toolbox talk meeting reports)
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Foreman / Glazier leading construction teams
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
  • Class 5 Drivers license
  • Adaptable and able to manage the unplanned
  • Red Seal Journeyman Glazier ticket would be an asset
Expected Work Hours and Benefits

Expected Work Hours: This is a fulltime position. Work hours are from Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Foreman work a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones. Full benefits package including extended medical, dental, vacation, and holiday pay.
