Groundworks is seeking a talented Foreman to join their team in Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0E1. The Foreman provides leadership to their crew and is an integral part of our success. The Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. They monitor the progress of projects to keep them on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting solutions, and team leadership are ideal for this position.

Job Responsibilities :

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assesses conditions on-site; plans work based on time, tools, and order; assigns duties.
• Installs products and services with support from a national team.
• Innovates and troubleshoots as needed to meet standards and deadlines.
• Provides customers with quality service onsite.
• Completes and submits all documentation accurately and timely.
• Supervises and trains crew members, including Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives company vehicle to and from job sites daily.

Requirements :

• Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements :

• Lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs., walking, standing, strenuous physical labor.
• Manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
• Good stamina and visual acuity for reading reports and data.
