BW Excavation & Construction Inc. is a local company seeking to hire for a foreman position.

Description and Duties

• Team supervision: assign tasks to crew members and monitor work to ensure it meets safety and quality standards
• Provide ongoing guidance to workers
• Motivate workers and maintain team morale
• Site management including: landscaping and excavation
• Ensure work is progressing according to schedule
• Scheduling and project planning

Requirements

• Ability to problem solve
• 3+ years experience
• Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience in a leadership role
